Then join our team of student volunteers dedicated to providing the best possible conference experience for the conference delegates.

Tasks

As a volunteer you have direct access to the hybrid panel sessions on the three conference days (26-28 August 2026), where you will assist with the smooth operation of the hybrid (online and on-site) session, making sure that all participants have adequate conference experience. Other tasks include the support of delegates (hospitality and guidance) and the conference management team.

Joint briefing

Volunteers will be introduced to their tasks and receive preparatory training on Monday 24 August from 2-6pm.

Side events

As a volunteer you also have access to side events such as the Emerging Leaders Forum held on 25 August 2026.

What we offer

Volunteering at the conference gives you free access to the event including coffee and lunch (worth CHF 195.-) but what is more, it provides a platform to get to know and network with peers and international scholars. A certificate will enable you to include professional experience in your CV. Please note that we cannot take charge of transport and accommodation.
